Dental Care on Golf Links is contracted with Delta Dental Premier. We are also happy to submit claims to numerous insurance companies. If you have a “PPO” plan or “Out of Network” benefits, we will submit your claims. A list below of some of the major insurance plans (but not limited to) that offer PPO benefits:
If your insurance plan is an “HMO” or “DMO” plan, you are assigned to a dentist by your insurance company and must contact them to find out where your insurance is accepted.
